1. Are these products designed by you?
   Yes! All my products are 100% bean-designed with love! (´ε｀ )♡
   
   
2. Can I pay with PayNow?
   My website does not accept PayNow payments but feel free to screenshot your cart and DM me on Instagram with the following details: name, address and your shipping option (you can find that under point 5: shipping rates)!
   
   
3. What currency are your website prices in?
   Singapore Dollars (SGD)!
   
   
4. I have an enquiry, how do I reach you?
   Please email me at [email protected] if it's pertaining to your order, along with your order number and and anything else that is relevant!

5. What are your shipping rates?
   To ensure your orders arrive safe and sound, I'll only be offering tracked mail.
   
   Local (Singapore) Orders:
   - Standard tracked mail, everything else: $2.20
   - Tracked mail (smartpac), letterbox: $2.50
   - Tracked mail (courier), doorstep: $4.00
   
   International Orders:
   - Standard Untracked (All items): $10.00
   - Tracked mail: $13.00
   
   
6. I've just ordered, when will my mail reach me?

   Here is the estimated timeline for your reference:
   
   Packing of items: 1-2 business days
   
   Shipping of items:
   1. Local Untracked Mail: 3-5 business days
   2. Local Tracked Mail, Courier : 2-5 business days
   3. International Tracked Mail: 3-4 weeks
   
   Things to take note:
   - I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged local untracked mails.
   - Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
   
   
7. I've just received my acrylic keychain. Why does the surface look like it's scratched?
   Don't worry! All acrylic keychains come with a protective film on both sides. Simply peel it off and you get a sparkling clear keychain!
   
   
8. I have feedback for you but I'm too shy!
